TUGBot Discontinued

In light of the discontinuation of TUGBot, I have decided to release the source code in hopes that someone might benefit from studying it's inellectual property. Feel free to modify the software and add any features you would like, but remember it's released under the GNU GPL v3 licence, so any distributed modifications of the software must include full source code. The source is hosted by Google Code and can be found at the link below:
